KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new leads and potential customers.
• Follow up with customers and manage the sales process until closing.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Prepare quotations and conduct sales follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct social media live sessions to generate leads and sales.
• Create content and perform basic editing related to the company’s products and services.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with administrative and marketing tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live sessions is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media, content creation, and editing is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle are an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for work is an added advantage.
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per hour
