Roles & Responsibilities

Support HR functions as required, including:

· Employee relations and communication ·

• Recruitment and resourcing

• Employee health and well-being

• Human resource systems and processes

• Learning and development

• HR administration and general administrative duties

• Ad-hoc HR duties and projects as required from time to time

Requirement:

• Minimum 1to 3 years of HR experience

• Able to work independently, meticulous and self-motivated

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Possess initiative and a positive attitude

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
