Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Business Development of the Bank’s credit portfolio with a view to increase profitability within the framework outlined by the Management.
  • Understanding the market trends including analysing demographic data, industry reports, and economic forecasts.
  • Identifying potential corporate customers for syndication or bilateral, assessing their needs and requirements and presenting a suitable proposal to the Management for approval or further action.
  • Performing onboarding and ongoing monitoring of potential, new and existing customers ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing marketing plans to build up a business clientele which includes maintaining account relationship and servicing.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing existing loan portfolio, and preparing regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for loan growth.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and Head Office to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • It is beneficial to have an understanding of Thai, as the job involves handling Thai documents and collaborating with our Thai colleagues from the Head Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economic, accounting and business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Institution and in Corporate Banking
  • Strong sales and business development skill
  • Good credit analysis and financial assessment skills
  • Confident presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Able to support client servicing, documentation, and credit processes
