TIMESCONSULT Hiring! Full Time Senior M-E Project Engineer (BEM Registered) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate M&E works for assigned projects.
• Support project planning, design development, costing, tendering, and contract administration.
• Review M&E design drawings, technical submissions, and BIM models.
• Ensure project implementation complies with approved designs, safety standards, and authority requirements.
• Perform engineering design, calculations, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to engineers within the team.
• Maintain project documentation and support ISO audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years’ experience in construction site or consultancy related to M&E design and layout.
• Experience handling large-scale commercial and public building projects.
• Good knowledge of M&E design, construction, and building systems.
• Familiar with BIM software (Navisworks or relevant tools) and project management software such as Microsoft Project / Primavera P6.
• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholde
