Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and convert them into effective solutions by analysing the requirements of the project
• Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Develop the test cases and debug software applications that meet both user needs and business objectives
• Involved in creation of Automation test cases
• Prioritize UAT test design, execution for a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment to meet expected timeframes.
• Document and verify the Requirements to Monitor and Control.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation/ reporting
• Responsible in Requirement gathering and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst/ Testing/ reporting
• Experience in Automation Testing or Manual test engineering using TOSCA or HP UFT or Selenium
• Strong experience in development of test cases using Java
• Experience in Business Analysis is preferred
• Good Knowledge on Card application and Financial Domain
• Proficient in Test Management Tools - HP-ALM, JIRA, vision plus
• Knowledge of Card Life/Transaction life cycle, Mapping, GL Financial Reconciliation
• Experience in Agile methodology/ scrum is preferred.
• Good Knowledge of BASE 24, Mainframe and ALM
