Responsibilities

About the job

Lead the software development team in technical direction, architecture design, code quality, and technical standards.

Lead new features development, system development, and the full product lifecycle for internal platforms and e‑commerce systems.

Evaluate new technologies and conduct market research to drive development efficiency and product competitiveness.

Translate business requirements into executable technical solutions through in‑depth system analysis and functional specifications.

Design system architecture, database structure, and UI prototypes; oversee technical selection and process optimisation.

Develop or guide the development of complex, high‑performance, and maintainable system modules.

Manage QA processes, coordinate test plans, and conduct unit and functional testing to ensure quality.

Write and maintain technical documents, user manuals, and system guidelines; communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Handle other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

About the people

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in software development, with at least 5 years in IT project management or a related role, and at least 3 years in a team leader or department head capacity. Experience in e‑commerce is a strong advantage.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects with a strong portfolio.

Hands‑on coding experience is required; experience in a corporate in‑house environment is a plus.

An AI‑oriented mindset — experience in leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve development efficiency or product capabilities is a plus.

Excellent time management and project management skills, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS / Android) is a plus.

Hardworking, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.

Mature, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
