Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relations

• Drive daily sales by visiting retailers and market stalls, introducing products, and closing orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle enquiries, and resolve basic complaints.

Operations & Inventory

• Ensure fresh stock rotation, check quality, and maintain proper cold-chain handling at point of sale.
• Weigh, price, and perform quick calculations for orders and promotions to keep margins accurate.

Administration & Reporting

• Record daily sales, process payments, and hand over accurate reports to the supervisor each day.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to confirm orders and stock availability.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of retail or direct sales experience, preferably in fresh food or FMCG.
• Secondary education or equivalent; on-the-job training will be provided.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and convert leads into orders.
• Calculations, confident with weighing, pricing, and simple arithmetic at point of sale.
• Customer Service skills to greet customers, respond to questions, and manage returns politely.
• Basic inventory handling and cash handling skills; familiarity with simple POS or Excel is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly and reliable, with a customer-first attitude and good communication skills.
• Organised and punctual, able to manage time across visits and daily reporting tasks.
