1. To arrange and manage daily operation.

2. To monitor daily operation and production operators.

3. To support operation when necessary.

4. To perform production planning with Head of Production.

5. To cooperate with Account Assistant in stock and delivery arrangement.

6. To assist Head of R&D when necessary.

7. To back up Head of Production in making requisition order.

8. To closely monitor outstanding Purchase Order for daily production.

9. To arrange and manage production shift.

10. To ensure production meet with delivery deadline.

11. To ensure minimum wastage and maximize leftover food for next production.

12. To check and verify production operator overtime tally with schedule roster.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
