Job Description
- General admin duties
- Coordination with contractors on repair work
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Managing tenancy agreements for leasing
- HR background accepted
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and systematic
- Some knowledge of MCST is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Past leasing/ renovation/ mcst/ hr experience is advantageous
