Part-Time Retail & Pop-Up Assistant

Company: Echo Vintage / Joo Chiat Atelier Location: Joo Chiat Hours: Between 10am and 9pm, based on roster

Lunch: Provided for full-day shifts

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic part-time assistant to support our retail store and selected pop-up events.

This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates and young applicants interested in fashion, vintage jewellery, retail, events and social media.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers
• Introduce products and support sales
• Handle basic retail and cashier duties
• Arrange merchandise and maintain displays
• Support inventory preparation
• Assist with pop-up setup and customer engagement
• Help with livestreams or Instagram Stories when required

We Are Looking For

• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Interested in fashion, vintage or jewellery
• Available on selected weekdays and weekends
• Able to support full-day shifts when required
• Comfortable on camera is an advantage

Experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
