Job Title: Facilities Management Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Facilities Management Executive
to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that our buildings and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards, while delivering a high-quality workplace environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.)
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations
Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency
Handle preventive and corrective maintenance planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Supervise facility support staff and monitor service performance
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
Maintain records of maintenance, contracts, warranties, and compliance documentation
Support space planning, office moves, and workplace improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in facilities management or building operations
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
Familiarity with health & safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with facilities management software is a plus
