Janchi Hiring! Full Time Restaurant Manager in Central Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 4,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at a modern casual Korean restaurant in Tanjong Pagar.

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine interest in creating a great dining experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower needs
• Work closely with the Head Chef to coordinate front- and back-of-house operations
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues professionally
• Take initiative and proactively resolve issues as they arise
• Support and lead the team to maintain a positive working environment

What we’re looking for:

• Local, Singaporeans or PRs
• Previous F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Organised, practical and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Someone who is willing to be hands-on and take ownership of the restaurant’s operations

Working Hours:

• 10am – 10.30pm (operation hours are from 11am - 10pm)
• 2-hour break from 3pm – 5pm
• Staff meals provided

Remuneration $4000, 6 day work week.

10 days of annual leave.
