Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of projects and enhancements in the private banking domain.
Drive solution design, architecture discussions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Oversee the delivery lifecycle – from requirements gathering, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development where applicable.
Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in financial services technology.
Key Requirements
10+ years
of experience in software development and solution delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
.
Proven track record in leading technical delivery teams within the
private banking domain
.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive delivery in an Agile/DevOps environment.
