Job Summary

Join a fast-paced, dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager, delivering excellent food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness and engaging positively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service that consistently meets customer service standards
• Manage social media interactions to promote the restaurant and engage with customers
• Oversee inventory control and costing to optimize resource use and profitability
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of all beverage items on the menu to assist and inform guests effectively
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests to ensure satisfaction
• Engage guests by suggesting and introducing new menu items to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain a positive learning attitude and self-motivation to adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
