Key Responsibilities

• Handle project administration, coordinate project activities and support the Project Manager in governance and compliance tasks.
• Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes of meetings and circulate action items to ensure timely follow‑up and accountability.
• Assist in reviewing and finalizing project documentation, maintaining version control, ensuring governance standards and timely sign‑offs.
• Monitor and control project progress, follow up on team member status and escalate potential bottlenecks or risks to the Project Manager/Director.
• Participate in internal and external project status meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for UAT, training sessions and project workshops.
• Maintain and control the project documentation and deliverables repository.

Education & Experience

• Preferably local citizens.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, ideally within a SaaS, tech startup, or tech-vendor environment.
• Direct experience or a strong understanding of the automotive industry (e.g., automotive aftermarket, workshop management, car dealership
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational  and teamwork abilities
