Responsibilities:

• Supporting performing on-site troubleshooting, repair and servicing electronics locks and devices at customer premises
• To assist on daily task of repair, troubleshooting and quality checking.
• To perform Electronic Circuit analysis and PCB troubleshooting.
• Software testing, debug and analysis & diagnostic problem
• Test and provide feedback for new product
• Provide documentation, training and support to customers.
• Support customers with inquiries regarding software, hardware, and similar concerns.

Requirement:

• Fresh grads and Internship are Welcome
• Knowledge of general computer, hardware and software applications will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Candidates who are able to commence work immediately after the internship will have an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks.
