Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
- Leads overall team comprising manufacturing technician Level 1 to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
- Review daily and regularly plan operating performance and advice on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
- Hold regular discussions with team members and subordinates to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
- Ensure compliance of business process standard set by customers.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
