SMS OPTICAL Hiring! Full Time Sales Assitant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our growing optical team! You will be the face of our brand — assisting customers with eyewear selection, providing expert product recommendations, and creating an excellent shopping experience.

Candidates with retail/optical experience will be prioritized. Training is provided for passionate learners.

Responsibility：

• Greet and attend to all customers promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with frame/sunglasses selection and provide clear product information
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual display, and ensure products are neatly arranged
• Manage the cashier counter and handle transactions when appointed
• Conduct monthly stock counts and manage incoming parcels/documents
• Maintain proper filing and organization of relevant forms
• Continuously learn and upgrade knowledge on optical products, lenses & basic eye care

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of retail or optical experience is an added advantage -Experienced candidates will be prioritized!
• Bonus Skill: Video editing / content creation (CapCut, Reels, TikTok) will be a big plus!
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaker is highly preferred
• Friendly, positive, and strong customer service mindset
• Basic computer skills & willingness to learn
• Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
