Proton Hiring! Full Time Manager, Staff Solution Architect (SAP FICO) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsible for managing SAP-FICO projects and system enhancements, including project planning, sourcing, vendor and contract management, negotiation, and change management.

Provide second-level support to business users to ensure smooth SAP-FICO system operations and effective business processes. Support end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, documentation, user roles and authorizations, training, testing, and system deployment.

• Identifies and fully understands Company’s business operations and provides suggestions for continuous improvements to ensure that desired business objectives are successfully met.
• Implement easy transactions for customers and business partners to conduct business with the Company by preparing designs, simplifying, improving or redesigning business processes and providing additional value in the services provided
• Implement Finance & Controlling IT application projects by following projects schedule, activities, and tasks, and meeting agreed objectives of the project.
• Ensures the business requirements for Finance are successfully met by identifying requirements, preparing business blueprint, designing, developing, testing, and preparing effective system documentations.
• Provide 2nd level support for Finance & Controlling area to ensure smooth system flow to support business operation.
• Guiding Software Engineer and provide efficient training to business key users (Train-The-Trainer) on Finance & Controlling system process flow and new implemented system function to support business operation.
• Ensures a high standard and high quality of work by applying technical and business knowledge to tasks assigned.
• Assists and keeps the superior of ITAM up to date by constantly reporting to him/her on the progress of each task assigned and related work issues.

Job Requirement & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the respective business area supported.
• Functional and technical knowledge in SAP-FICO is a MUST.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Experience in ICT Service Delivery & Management.
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience in project implementation.
• Knowledge in Finance processes is a MUST.
• Possess a mature personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel.
