• Manage end-to-end lease administration for AIC office premises, including lease renewals, rental payments, landlord management, tenancy compliance, and documentation upkeep
• Coordinate SWSH engagement meetings, documents, maintaining records for meetings with a focus on SWSH outcomes, including tracking of green initiatives and any follow up matters
• Maintain records of proposals with Sustainability indicators to support Sustainability Reporting.
• Oversee utilities management, including monthly consumption tracking, invoice verification, payment processing, and energy usage reporting.
Support workplace projects, office renovations, relocations, and space planning initiatives, including coordination of logistics, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business or related field with at least 3 years of experience in office projects, workplace transformation and/or facilities management
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery from planning and initiation to handover and completion
• Experience supporting change management and stakeholder engagement during workplace transitions
• Familiarity with digital tools, AI-enabled solutions and data analytics will be an advantage
• Proactive, adaptable and able to drive outcomes independently in a dynamic environment
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals
• Digitally savvy and comfortable adopting new tools, platforms and applications
