Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and identify potential business opportunities.
Manage and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Promote IT solutions and services to customers.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
Meet and communicate with customers to understand their needs.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
Prepare sales reports and follow up on leads and opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions to clients.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Keep up with market and industry trends.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
IT, Engineering, Business Administration
, or related field.
Sales experience, preferably in
IT solutions / technology
.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
