Responsibilities
Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and other beauty treatments where applicable.
Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout each treatment session.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
Prepare treatment rooms, products, machines, and materials before each session.
Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Maintain customer records and treatment histories accurately.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
