Job Responsibility

• Responsible for project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with all project heads on the effectiveness of project operation and administration work and report to Site Agent.
• Assist Site Leader to prepare, gather information, record, keep track and update any variation orders.
• Maintain site filing system.
• Prepare documentation, data, report or any other project administration matter assigned by Site Agent.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
