Role Description The Senior Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end project delivery across digital, AI, and blockchain-related initiatives. This position oversees project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to identify requirements, manage risks, track progress, and resolve issues promptly. The Senior Project Executive will prepare regular project reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement of project management processes and standards. This role also contributes to strategic discussions, helping to identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and value creation for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in technology-related projects, ideally involving digital platforms, artificial intelligence, blockchain, or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or equivalent frameworks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present project updates and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead role managing multiple concurrent projects is highly beneficial.
