About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the hotel’s overall sales effectiveness. This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

· To type all correspondences and provides back up service to the allocated sales personnel

· To handle enquires, ensure prompt follow-ups and for all proposal, contracts, correspondence and banquet event order as required ensuring accurate and professional image

· Assisting in the coordination of sales activities, client meetings, and events

· Maintaining and updating client databases and sales records accurately

· Supporting the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations

· Handling inquiries from clients and assisting with follow-ups to ensure excellent service

· Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

· Monitoring sales data and assisting in generating reports for management review

· Ensuring proper filing and documentation of all sales-related materials

What we're looking for

· Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality industry

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
