In view of our expansion in import & export trade Factory & Manufacturing business, we are cordially looking for the followings to be filled as soon as possible at our puchong office at TPP industrial Park. Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product incoterm for import & export transactions
• Receive, register and distributing shipping documents within the company
• Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, spacing, and distribution items
• Schedule shipments plan and logistics arrangement to ensure that sufficient storage space and time for incoming items.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on hand can manage all incoming shipments.
• Archieve files of goods shipping document and received.
• Print shipping documents and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping from forwarder agents.

Qualifications

• SPM or Cert in Related Discipline
• Some knowledge in handling Shipping matters
• Posses Own Transport
• Can start work in short notices
• Based at TPP Puchong

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
