ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Takecharge of outlet cleaning and set-up to prepare for operations

• Offer prompt, friendlyand efficient service to all guests
• Ensure tables,flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
• Drinks ordering, billpayment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service forall guest
• Receives cash from guests, makes change,verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properlyexecuted
• Orientation& buddy system for newly join staff
• Responsiblefor outlet closing and cleaning
• Updateguests about current and upcoming promotions
• Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly
