Operations Assistant

Salary: $3,000 – $3,200/month
Contract Duration: 14 months
️ Contract Period: Nov 2026 – Dec 2027

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break
• Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break

Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level (Academic/Technical) with a pass in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day school operations, facilities and services to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors and service providers on maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating operations support staff.
• Support the preparation of quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals and operational documents.
• Support school safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures.
• Assist with student discipline matters when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
