Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and customer-centric Service Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of our service agreements and client relationships in Singapore. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between our operational execution teams and our corporate clients, ensuring all contractual milestones, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality benchmarks are consistently surpassed. The ideal candidate balances tactical operational oversight with strong stakeholder relationship skills to drive business retention and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- SLA & Performance Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure services are delivered seamlessly according to contractual parameters, tracking performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary escalation point for corporate client issues, providing root-cause analysis and implementing strategic service improvement plans (SIPs).
- Operational Governance: Establish regular service review cycles with internal teams and clients to review project timelines, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement standardized operational protocols to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery speeds.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams, cross-functional leads, and external vendors to distribute resources dynamically based on priority demands.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor operational expenditures and project costs against predefined budgets, maximizing productivity while maintaining target margins.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project management, operational support, or service delivery leadership roles.
- Certifications: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Practitioner certification is highly preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of managing high-value corporate client expectations.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and crisis-management abilities, with a natural talent for leading multi-disciplinary teams.
