工作職責

負責全面招聘工作,尋找並篩選合適人才,以滿足各部門的人力需求

積極進行多元化招聘,包括外出參與行業招聘會、大專院校求職博覽及實地推廣

善用各大線上招聘平台、社交媒體及專業網絡發布職位空缺及主動尋訪人才

負責安排及進行實體與網上面試、甄選候選人,並跟進薪酬談判及入職安排

處理日常外勤人事行政事務及主管交辦的任何臨時外出任務

工作要求

中六以上教育程度(DSE 須五科或以上達2級)

人力資源管理、商務管理或相關學科的文憑或以上學歷優先

具備相關招聘工作經驗者優先

性格外向、開朗活躍、積極主動,具備優秀的社交、人際交往及說服能力

流利粵語及普通話,良好英語,能自信地與各界求職者及合作夥伴交流

能夠確立工作優先順序、同時處理多項工作,並在快節奏環境中保持工作效率

能即時上班者優先

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment to source and select suitable candidates to meet business needs

Actively conduct diversified recruitment channels, including attending industry job fairs, career fairs, and on-site promotions

Utilize online recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks to post vacancies and source talents

Conduct face-to-face and online interviews, screen candidates, and handle offer negotiations and onboarding

Handle day-to-day field HR administrative tasks and any ad hoc outdoor assignments as required

Job Requirements

High school diploma or above (with at least 5 subjects of level 2 in DSE)

Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred

Relevant working experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred

Outgoing, cheerful, energetic, and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with a good command of English, able to communicate confidently with candidates and partners

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Immediate availability is preferred
