Job Description

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and ensure the First Article, Incoming QC, In-Process QC; Final-QC activities are performed efficiently and effectively.

  • Supervise and lead a team of QC Leaders/Specialist/Inspectors.

  • Establish, review quality control plans, standard operating procedures to ensure products and processes conform with customer specifications.

  • Work with cross functional departments to ensure product quality and system requirements are realized.

  • Liaise with suppliers to improve their processes and resolve material/component related quality issues including RTV lots.

  • Act as Management Representative, in charge of internal and external audit to warrant processes and procedures are well maintain and comply with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 & 45001 Standards and Regulatory requirements.

  • Lead in the investigation of product non-conformity, gather, analyse data to determine root cause and implement corrective/preventive action to prevent recurrence.

  • Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, quality control or related roles within manufacturing or logistics environments

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or similar standards

  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques (5 Why, Fishbone)

  • Well versed in measurement metrology eg, familiar with CMM, Smart-scope and the ability to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Experience with quality management software, data analysis tools and MS Office applications

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics
