About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic early-career IT Technical Support professionals with a strong foundation in the Korean language and a passion for technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop your career in the dynamic field of IT networking, where you will gain hands-on exposure to areas such as Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security while enhancing your technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Korean -speaking end-customers, under guidance.
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Korean.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in networking or related IT support roles (e.g., service desk/support, IT helpdesk, or network support).
• Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken). Language certifications such as TOPIK 8
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
