The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Engineer to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and accelerate growth across regional target markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, winning new business, and strengthening existing customer and distributor relationships. You will operate remotely from your home country (Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, or Thailand) while collaborating closely with our Singapore leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Own and hit key regional sales targets through strategic lead conversion, account management, and distributor channel management.
• Client Engagement: Pursue prospective leads, conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored hardware/software solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Gather actionable data on market trends, competitor movements, and regional pricing strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the bridge between clients and our technical support teams to resolve application challenges and inform future product enhancements.
• Account Strategy & Reporting: Partner with the General Manager on weekly sales planning, activity prioritization, and pipeline forecasting (daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly/annual reviews).
• Relationship Management: Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with key industry stakeholders, key accounts, and internal partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, or Higher Education in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience within the Electronics, EMS, Automation, or Capital Equipment Manufacturing industries.
• Track Record: Proven sales record in a similar regional or technical sales capacity is an advantage.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of Optical Visual Inspection Technology is preferred, but not essential.
• Sales Operations: Solid understanding of the sales operation process, customer engagement cycles, and pipeline management.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
