We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as F&B Services Associate at St. Giles Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment and showcase your skills in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests in selecting menu items and provide detailed information about the F&B Outlets offerings.
• Take and accurately record food and drink orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient service by coordinating with the kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables and ensure accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Provide recommendations on menu items.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and resetting.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Associate is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
