Integration Platform Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Platform Specialist to drive integration, middleware, and service management initiatives across ASEAN. This role combines technical expertise, solution architecture, consulting, pre-sales engagement, and delivery leadership.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading workshops, solution design, proofs of concept (PoCs), and implementation advisory while working across leading integration and workflow platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning and architecture design for integration and service management engagements across ASEAN.
• Drive end-to-end deal pursuits, including demos, workshops, PoCs, and proposal development.
• Design and recommend integration architectures using API-led, event-driven, cloud, and hybrid integration patterns.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process mapping exercises.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support RFP responses, effort estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
• Build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best-practice frameworks.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development across the practice.
• Partner with technology alliances and stakeholders to support business growth and innovation initiatives.

Primary Platforms

You will be expected to lead solutioning, demonstrations, and delivery activities from day one:

• Boomi (iPaaS & Integration)
• ManageEngine (IT Operations & Service Management)

Secondary Platforms

You will progressively expand your expertise and certifications within the first 12 months:

• ServiceNow (ITSM & Enterprise Workflow)
• Solace (Event-Driven Architecture & Event Streaming)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in integration, middleware, ITSM, or enterprise platform consulting.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Boomi
• ManageEngine
• MuleSoft
• Informatica
• ServiceNow
• Similar enterprise integration platforms
• Strong understanding of:
• API-led connectivity
• Event-driven architecture
• Publish/Subscribe patterns
• ETL/ELT processes
• Enterprise integration architectures
• Experience leading customer workshops, solution design sessions, and technical presentations.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one active platform certification in integration, service management, or cloud technologies.

• ServiceNow CSA or CIS Certification
• ManageEngine Certifications
• Solace Certification
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Certifications
• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, or systems integration environments
• Domain expertise in Aviation, Logistics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or other enterprise industries
• CBAP, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis Certifications
