Job Scope:

• Manage truck inventory control and maintain accurate movement records.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) for trucks and coordinate delivery arrangements with customers, salespersons, and drivers.
• Take photos and maintain proper records for each truck delivered.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks of trucks.
• Prepare trucks for delivery and inspection.
• Organize and maintain internal and customer documentation files.
• Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy.
• Willing to handle both office-based tasks and outdoor work (truck preparation).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage records efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
