Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support the Lead buyer with administrativetasks and assist in purchasing goods and services for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration (filing, data entry, scheduling).
Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Communicate with suppliers to get quotations and follow up on orders.
Maintain records of purchase requestion & live status, invoices, and supplier information & data base.
Support the buyer in comparing prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Answer calls, emails, and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure all documents are accurate and properly filed.
Assist with store-related administrative matters.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and procurement software.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
