Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise day-to-day civil engineering works for the land reclamation project, ensuring safety, quality, and progress targets are met.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements, providing feedback and solutions when needed.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor ground improvement works, marine construction activities, and reclamation processes such as dredging, filling, and soil improvement.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage project documentation, including reports, records, permits, and design submissions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and environmental standards.
Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project timelines and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil andinfrastructure construction.
Proficient in piling, foundation, ground improvement, drainage, culvert and structural works
Experienced in reviewing engineering designs, solving site technical issues, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, codes, and authority submission requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and lead on-site activities with minimal supervision.
Able to work in Tuas, 5.5 Day Work Week
