Key Tasks

• Leadership - Lead the Maintenance Electrical Team in carrying out Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

• Planning & Coordination - Review and plan sitewide PM tasks, services, and calibrations to be executed by the maintenance team and/or contractors

• Fault Management - Direct the team to address faults and execute necessary CM tasks promptly

• System Assessment - Review and assess current plant/process/BS systems design, identifying potential enhancements and variations

• Safety Compliance - Implement and uphold workplace safety policies and standards, fostering a culture of safety within the team. Ensure correct RAMs are in place and followed to a safe working environment

• Collaboration - Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintenance practices

• Emergency Response - Attend to emergency duties related to system breakdowns and operational incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of processing/manufacturing plants, such as solid/liquid waste treatment facility, wastewater treatment, power plant and other recycling plant

• Prior experience in 11kV power distribution rooms is preferred

• Holder of a valid certificate of registration of electrical worker Grade B, C (Preferred); H (Strong advantage)

• Familiarity with MVAC, ELV, plumbing, drainage and fire services systems

• Working Experience in Organic Waste Treatment Facilities, Water Treatment or other EPD’s or DSD’s projects/facilities will be an advantage

• Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
