Strategic Planning abilities to forecast trend and formulate plans
Able to execute the strategic plan by leading a team of 2-3 sales personnel to achieve sales targets
Able to travel and visit customers
Report achievement of market situation / market research
Good leadership skills and able to train, delegate, and monitor progress.
Achieve sales target
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree with related field, experience, analytical and leadership quality.
Have strong human relation and management ability
Proven sales experience in the flooring industry is essential. Candidates must have a strong understanding of flooring products, customers, and market trends.
Independent and Objectives driven
Strong communication skills
Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence are preferred.
