Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Plan, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other online platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative and production team to deliver strong brand messaging and visuals.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of ad spend.
• Stay updated on beauty and social media trends to ensure brand relevance and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and branding.
