Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, highly technical, and results-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing optimization and production engineering team. In this role, you will be a core technical contributor responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing end-to-end production lines, tracking yield metrics, and managing hardware validation workflows across our facilities. Operating at the intersection of product design units, corporate procurement networks, and onsite factory operations, you will systematically eliminate production bottlenecks, lead root-cause failure diagnostics, and deploy Lean Six Sigma architectures. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous system engineering logic with sharp technical problem-solving skills to enhance manufacturing yields, minimize cycle-time latencies, and support seamless process updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Line Setup & Balancing: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing workflows, tracking line-balancing metrics to systematically maximize production throughput.
- Equipment Validation & Qualification: Oversee the installation, qualification, and validation processing (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new automated manufacturing hardware, industrial robotics cells, and custom testing jigs against precise technical specs.
- Continuous Improvement Execution: Support the localized execution of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) workflows to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Root-Cause Troubleshooting & CAPA: Provide rapid, decisive Tier 3 technical troubleshooting to isolate manufacturing anomalies, execute structural process modifications, and compile corrective and preventive action (CAPA) matrices.
- Tooling & Fixture Engineering: Formulate and review technical drawing blueprints, create specifications for customized manufacturing components, and collaborate with fabrication vendors to optimize assembly equipment.
- Yield Tracking & Process Analytics: Track, extract, and interpret production yield variances, raw material scrap benchmarks, and equipment cycle times to compile detailed briefings for engineering leadership.
- Governance & Standardization: Enforce rigid compliance with engineering specifications, Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) guidelines, ISO quality tracking structures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative technical STEM discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of process mapping layouts, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software prints, and statistical process control (SPC) data analysis software. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for metrics tracking, data parsing, and capacity analytics modeling is required.
- Experience: Prior experience as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer, production specialist, or industrial operations analyst—specifically within an electronics assembly, semiconductor facility, medical device fabrication, or precision engineering sector—is preferred. Fast-learning candidates with robust practical records are highly welcome.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to bridge shop-floor crews with backend technical developers.

Pay: $4,600.00 - $6,900.00 per month
