Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily import and export shipments, schedules, track cargo movements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, permits, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
  • Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and requirements.
  • Verify shipping documents, duties, taxes, freight charges, and other related costs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Production regarding shipment schedules and requirements.
  • Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, customs issues, and other logistics-related problems, maintain accurate records and filing of all import/export documents and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives related to freight, logistics, and transportation.
  • Perform other duties related to import, export, and logistics operations as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Good knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and international trade regulations.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping terms.
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and government authorities.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
