Areas of Responsibility

· Manage and grow an assigned account portfolio

· Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and contract negotiations

· Prepare proposals, rate agreements, and RFP responses

· Maintain accurate account records in the CRM/sales system

· Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the "Yes I Can!" Experience through performance that demonstrates genuine hospitality and exceeds guest expectations — gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest/colleague service

· Listens, apologises with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest or colleague problems

· Adheres to hotel policies and procedures: attends work on time as scheduled, follows grooming and hygiene standards, keeps the immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, and maintains a favourable working relationship with all hotel employees

· At all times projects a favourable image of Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya to the public

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:
