E F Design Limited Hiring! Full Time Assistant Interior Designer - Assistant Project Coordinator in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities of Assistant Interior Designer:

• Prepare full set of design, construction and furniture drawings

• Produce 3D models and renderings (SketchUp/Enscape) from idea into life

• Coordinate project progress to ensure design quality, timelines, and deliverables are met

Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:

• Report to Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager directly

• Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.

• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential project

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, Enscape and PowerPoint. (For Assistant Interior Designer)

• Good design sense and passion in interior design work

• Self-motivated, detail-minded and strong drawing skills

• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
