We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities, stock control, and product quality inspections to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure product quality and accuracy

• Manage stock movement, stock arrangement, and inventory records

• Support delivery planning and coordinate timely stock dispatch

• Perform stock checks and assist in stock take activities

• Handle warehouse documentation and maintain operational records

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve stock and operational issues

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or QC experience

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Willing to travel between office and warehouse when required
