STPI Hiring! Full Time Creative Designer in - Ricebowl

Overall Job Objectives: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our team at STPI. Supporting the Creative Lead, you will play a key role in expressing STPI's brand identity across all areas of graphic and spatial design.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop project identities and key visuals, translating them consistently across all touchpoints, including exhibition catalogues, brochures, and exhibition graphics — for a cohesive visual experience across gallery spaces.
• Collaborate with the Marcomms team on marketing assets and campaigns for all projects.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team on social media, creating and adapting visual assets, and contributing ideas and creative support.
• Contribute to creative conversations and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh thinking, strong ideas.
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring all design output stays on brand across every platform and format.
• Preparation of FA and adaptation of artwork across different touchpoint (digital and physical)
• Support design needs across teams and departments as they arise
• Perform other creative duties as assigned by the Creative Lead.

Job Specification(s)/ Requirement(s):  

• Diploma or degree in Communication Design or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in a design house or in-house creative role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and 3D modelling with SketchUp.
• Experience with motion graphics, print publication design, or exhibition/spatial design preferred.
• Interest in contemporary art and culture.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
