Job Descriptions:
1. Membership & CRM Operations
Support the execution of membership campaigns, promotions, contests, and loyalty programme initiatives.
Manage member communications, including EDMs, push notifications, and other CRM activities.
Handle membership-related enquiries and retail escalations, working closely with store teams to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of membership activities.
Provide administrative and operational support for membership-related projects and initiatives.
2. Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support purchase order (PO) processing, invoice management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Perform ad hoc operational and administrative duties as required.
3. Category Operations & Commercial Support
Support category planning and go-to-market execution across assigned product categories.
Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns to ensure timely market readiness.
Manage product information, system updates, and operational data to maintain accuracy and support business activities.
Support order management activities, including PO processing, sample coordination, and submission tracking.
Assist with forecasting, inventory monitoring, and product arrival tracking.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives.
Coordinate promotional activities, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management.
Maintain business reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional business activities.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Internship or work experience in marketing, CRM, operations, demand planning, supply chain, or business support will be advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
