a) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

b) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience or fresh graduates with internship experience.

c) Basic understanding of accounting principles, MFRS, and tax regulations.

d) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software

e) Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

f) Good communication and teamwork skills.

g) Organized, disciplined, and responsible with time management.

h) Able to maintain confidentiality in handling company financial data.

i) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth-oriented mindset.

j) Knowledge of ISO procedures or internal control systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with various department to identify the payment need to be made urgently.
2. Record AP-to-Pay list to make sure payment is made based on priority and to ensure sufficient cash flow for payment.
3. Coordinate with departments to verify that all signed payment requisitions and supporting documents are complete and ready for payment.
4. Attend to payment queries from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
5. Prepare payment voucher and upload internet banking for subcon, supplier & HQ payment.
6. Prepare payments via cash, cheques, bank drafts, and FPX.
7. Maintain proper filing for all payments made, ensuring they are attached with relevant supporting documents.
8. Process workers' wages payment using auto debit.
9. Process payments for petty cash replenishment.
10. Verify supporting document for petty cash claim and process payments for petty cash replenishment.
