Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the Company's foreign worker CLQ.
2. Ensure the CLQ complies with applicable requirements from relevant government authorities, including JTK, local authorities, and other regulatory agencies.
3. Foreign Worker Administration
- Maintain accurate records of foreign workers, including accommodation status, room allocation, and movement records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding worker accommodation requirements.
- Monitor worker movements between different hostels/CLQs and ensure records are updated accordingly.
- Assist in handling foreign worker welfare, accommodation, discipline, and general administrative matters.
- Assist with foreign worker onboarding and ensure accommodation is arranged before workers commence work where required.
4. Ensure all CLQ records are properly updated and readily available for inspection.
5. Provide support for general HR and administrative activities as assigned.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- CLQ compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Timely renewal of CLQ licences, approvals, and required documentation.
- Accuracy of foreign worker accommodation and occupancy records.
- Timely resolution of maintenance and facility issues.
- Cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the CLQ.
- Successful completion of government inspections and audits.
- Effective coordination with contractors and service providers.
- Timely submission of CLQ reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to coordinate with workers, HODs, contractors, management, and government authorities.
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Willing to conduct regular site/CLQ inspections and handle operational matters when required.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
